On Friday June 17th we held a whole school Malawi Day to help our children understand a range of ideas and learn about this very different part of the world.
During the day, we had a visit from Alan from Hooke Court (Malawi) where they learnt about life in Malawi about how much we have compared to the children there.
We had great fun finding out about African culture especially drumming with Cheikh; even the teachers got up for a dance!
Don’t forget about our fundraising night on the 8th July where you can make a real difference to the children in the school that we have been supporting over in Malawi. (See this post to see how money we have raised has made a difference).
