Amazing success!! These four young Eco warriors all entered a competition run by a local company called Green Square to design an eco friendly house. They drew the plans and our winner made an actual model with labels to annotate all of the green features.
Last night, they attended a prize giving where we were delighted to hear that we had won top prize! The Lady Mayoress was there to hand over solar USB chargers to the three runners up, and our lucky winner walked away with an actual iPad! Boom!!
To top it all off, our Business Manager, Mr Leddin, was presented with a cheque for £250 for the school to spend on Eco technology. Another feather in the cap for our growing Eco status and focus. Well done everyone involved!
