Year 1 children were happily listening to a story when they heard some very loud tiger growls from Otter’s classroom. They went to investigate where the noises were coming from and found a tiger all alone at a tea party! They listened to the Tiger’s story and offered to help him. The children will be spending the next week looking at ‘The Tiger who came for Tea’ book in the lead up to their project outcome next Thursday 9th Feb. The children will be writing their own invitations to their grownups and creating their own animal stories to share. Keep your eyes and ears open for any strange animal noises you hear around the school, as you never know who will pay you a visit!
