Year 3 have had fantastic fun keeping fit and collecting data at the same time! We completed five different exercises on a circuit including: skipping, burpees, jumping jacks, speed bounce and short runs. We recorded how many of each exercise we completed in one minute and recorded our data. We used this information to help us look at progress over time, and how our fitness can improve the more we do it. This helped us to make a bar chart at the end of the week, recording the information.
