Last week Year 3 took part in a fun-filled capacity challenge using all our capacity knowledge. We had to estimate the capacity of a variety of containers, then measure the actual capacity using a variety of measuring beakers. We used our questioning skills to think about which beakers would be most suitable for each container, and worked with each other to ensure we were measuring and recording accurately. Following this, we then worked out the difference between our estimations and actual results using our subtraction skills. Fantastic team work Year 3!
