Our eco-warriors have been out spreading their eco ethos throughout Kings Park this week as they completed a litter pick with Bournemouth Council and one other special guest. AFCB mascot (the amazing Cherry Bear) also joined us on this eco outing. The eco-warriors were given a health and safety talk before leaving school and were then provided with all of the necessary litter picking equipment.

Whilst out, the eco-warriors litter picked the length of Kings Park Drive and around the first circuit of the field. For the litter pick to be efficient, the children were tasked with not only collecting the rubbish, but sorting it too, into recycling waste and general waste. We were astounded by the effort, dedication and impressive attitude from all eco-warriors as they made it their mission to collect all litter in their path. Well done eco-warriors!
