500 Word Wonders

It’s the season for the Radio Two 500 word story writing competition and all of Year 6 have had a go at writing a short story entry.

We were very impressed with all their efforts – although slightly scared by the dark twists and turns in some of the plots- and would like to share a few extracts here with you. There’s a bit of editing and perfecting to do before we submit for the real competition but, with what we have seen so far, we have high hopes of one of us winning our height in books ! You’ll be the first to know if we do!
