Year 5 have had a creative afternoon recreating the very famous…Stonehenge!

We first discussed Stonehenge, where it is and how we think it was made. We then talked about the mystery behind it and between us, we came up with some very interesting reasons as to why we think it was made! We sadly realised that we might NEVER know the real reason behind it.

We then set ourselves the target of recreating Stonehenge with clay using various tools to shape and roll out the clay.

We worked together in teams and slowly constructed our landmarks!

Well done for a fantastic afternoon Year 5!
