Year 5 recently went on a very musical visit and had the pleasure of performing with hundreds of other schools around the Bournemouth and Poole area. We were lucky enough to have fantastic seats to get an amazing view of the full live orchestra who performed many different songs that we recognised. Our favourite was the theme music to E.T. The Extra terrestrial!
Sadly, the weather didn’t realise that we were meant to have lunch in Poole Park, so we ended up coming back to school early and spent the afternoon preparing ourselves for our next English piece of writing.
All in all, everyone had a fantastic day and it was an experience we will never forget! Thank you BSO and our parent helpers who made our day run smoothly, and of course Year 5 for their excellent behaviour throughout.
