Year 6 had a fantastic morning with our buddies who are now all grown out of Reception and into Year 1! The Year 6 students were tasked with choosing an activity to teach their buddy and the activities ranged from practising times tables, writing letters and stories and identifying shapes. We even managed to use the train set for some counting and learning about forces! We think that both Year groups had a great time learning together although apparently, reflecting afterwards, Year 6 said that teaching’s not as easy as you think!! Who knew, eh?!
