This term, Year 2 have been investigating creating moving images in D&T. We started by exploring books which had moving images to understand how they worked and reveal their magic. We then created our own pop-up image, decorating a magician’s hat and signature rabbit to attach to a stick of card. With the magic words, we were able to make these cute bunnies appear out of the hats! Aren’t we clever?!
We’ll be continuing D&T linked to our ‘Greatest Showman’ project over the next few weeks, designing, creating and evaluating. Stay tuned for photo updates…
