Last week Year 2 completed a fantastic series of learning about time which began with an assessment of what the children already know through outdoor learning. We had a wonderful time drawing our own clocks, learning how to space out the numbers and then finally using paint brushes as the hands of the clock. We worked in small teams to make the time that was called out by the teacher featuring some Year 1 learning (o’clock and half past) as well as challenging them to think about their Year 2 learning of quarter past and quarter to. You can see just how much fun we had!
