After two years away from this amazing experience, the choir were incredibly excited to be able to perform with hundreds of other children in the Bournemouth Schools Music Association carol concert. There is something really special about performing in a packed theatre, in the evening, and we were very proud of each and every one of the 16 choir members who were able to take part. From warming up with the conductor in the Pavilion ballroom to playing games together in the interval to racing to get to our second half positions in the auditorium – it was a great night!
From traditional carols like Hark the Herald Angels sing to the very calypso like Christmas on the beach at Waikiki, we loved singing with a live orchestra and fellow choirs. A brilliant start to the Christmas season and a joy to be part of. So good that most of the choir asked if they could do it all again… here’s to next year!!
