We have been learning about the artist Kandinsky. The children experimented using primary colours to colour mix. They then created some of their own versions of Kandinsky’s artwork. Oil pastels were used to create circle shapes and brusho paint was added to create the background colour. The children loved watching the brusho paint mix together to create another colour. We have had resources out during continuous provision so that the children can experiment further on their own. Below is a photograph of our wonderful display showcasing our amazing masterpieces!
