LANGUAGE FOR LEARNING: Questions for Parents
We have developed an agreed “Language for Learning” at St. James. – this means that all teaching staff are trying to use the same language. This way we can give the children the words to help them explain how they are learning.
These are some LEARNING questions that you may like to ask your child. There are lots of other great questions you can ask too.
Don’t worry if your child ‘wobbles’ with their answer. (WOBBLE is when we are struggling a little with our learning. It is good to wobble. This is part of the Learning Journey.)
We are “All Learning Together”.
