Appeals: In accordance with the Admissions Appeals Code, the academy have established an appeals procedure. Applicants who haven’t been offered a place at the academy, may appeal against the decision to an independent appeals panel. Parents wishing to exercise this right should write to the Clerk to Governors, Pokesdown Hill, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 6DW. All appeals must be received within 20 days of the receipt of the letter refusing a place to be heard on time. [Please note that places in infant classes are restricted to 30 under the infant class size regulations].
