Cross Country Competition Success!
On Thursday 9th October, 19 children from Year 4, 5 and 6 took part in a cross-country competition at Kings Park against many other schools in the local area. The children all did fantastically and should be very proud of themselves and their results!
Hundreds of children took part in each of the different year group events across the schools competing and we had some excellent results.
We had our first 1st place in 11 years with one of our Year 4 pupils and a fantastic 2nd in Year 5 and two 3rds and a 4th in Year 6 along with a whole range of top 10 places across the board.
Well done to all the team – we are very proud of you and your results. Keep on running, St James'!
