Year 2
Week Beginning 20th April 2026
What a fantastic first week back we have had. The children have got right back into the swing of things after a fun Easter break and have been fully immersed in our new topic of Mexico.
Our project overview and homework overview have been added to the bottom of this post and also a physical copy has been handed out to children. Our hand in date for homework has been set for Monday 18th May 2026. It would be amazing to have as many children as possible to bring in some form of homework so we can have a homework museum where all the children can have a chance to show what they have learnt.

Worship Theme This Week: Love
“Of all the commandments, which is the most important?” “The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
