Week Beginning 24th November 2025
Week 4 already! The children have fully immersed themselves in our new project and have been absolutely fantastic. As it is getting colder, please make sure the coats, jumpers and hats that the children wear to school are clearly NAMED. We have lots of items going missing that have no names in them, and it makes it impossible to return them to the correct person. Thank you.
Key Information:
Our PE days this year are on Thursdays.
Tuesday 9th December - Year 1 and 2 Nativity - 2pm and 5pm performances in the hall

Next week's learning
Maths - We will be looking at adding and subtracting including exchanging
English - We will be publishing our narratives inspired by 'Supertato' and completing and independent write
Phonics - identify the spelling rules for 'el' for /l/
Science - We will be investigating how solid materials can change shape by force.
RE - We will be learning the symbols of the Christmas story
PSHE - We will be learning how to spot hurtful behaviour (also online)
Art- We will exploring positive and negative space
