Well, what a start!

As we all know, Year 6 is a hugely significant year in any child's primary school journey.  Not only is it their final year of primary education, but it is jam-packed full of marvellous challenges, such as the remembrance worship, Carols by Candlelight, SATs week, PGL, production, awards evening... the list could go on! There really is so much to look forward to.

Needless to say, it is essential that Team 6 hit the ground running at the start of the year and it is safe to say that our Class of '27 have definitely done so this year.  The way they have settled into their new roles and year groups has been really exciting to see.

As you will see from the gallery, this term has been full of brilliant learning.  Amongst this, we have played Top Trumps to consolidate place value in maths, used Computer Aided Design in design and technology and made classification keys for liquorice allsorts (yes, really!) in science.  The children have produced some brilliant work; we are sure they will continue to go from strength to strength.
