The lovely team from BCP council came to visit us in year 1. They spoke to us about road safety and we had lots of fun watching the traffic lights change to decide when it was safe to cross the road! We learned about people who can help us cross the road, how to identify safe places to cross and how to keep a look-out for dangers around us.

We enjoyed learning actions to remind us to, 'stop, look and listen' and the children can't wait to try out these skills during their road safety walks in the coming weeks.
